What to Expect

We’re so glad you’re here. At Helping Thru Horses, we offer calm, personal, one-on-one sessions designed to help you build confidence, reduce stress, develop trust, and enjoy a meaningful connection with our two wonderful therapy horses, Buddy and Sissy.

Our sessions are primarily non-riding and focused on gentle groundwork, including brushing, haltering, walking, and fun hands-on exercises. Optional basic balance exercises on horseback may be available for those who are comfortable.
